Passionate about sustainability, Matt is an award-winning storyteller who brings more than 25 years of experience with leading technology, media, consumer, food- and bio-tech companies.
As SVP of Communications and Corporate Affairs at Elo, Matt leads efforts to raise the company's visibility and engagement with key audiences, from customers to employees and investors. This includes public relations and marketing communications, internal culture initiatives, and government and stakeholder affairs.
Previously, he was vice president of Marketing and Communications with Motif FoodWorks, where he led brand and demand strategies that dramatically raised the company's profile in the food-tech industry and beyond. Matt’s held senior communications, culture and branding roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Workday and Juniper Networks. Prior, he served in communications and marketing and media-relations roles for Yahoo!, Gap and Solectron.
He began his career writing for Congressman Joseph P Kennedy II while attending Boston University, where he earned a degree in Communications with a minor in Political Science. There Matt ran NCAA Division I track and was recognized as an American East Scholar Athlete.
