Webinar: Navigating California's Proposition 65

Please join PBFA’s Policy Team for a conversation with Collins Kilgore, Counsel at O’Melveny and Myers, who advises businesses on the topic of navigating California’s Proposition 65 (Prop 65). Prop 65 “requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm” that come from their products. While the regulation has been in effect since the 1980s, there has been a significant rise in Prop 65 notices from Plaintiffs’ Attorneys to plant-based food companies in recent years, and PBFA has received several urgent inquiries related to minimizing potential liability. 

In this webinar, we will discuss the implications of California's Proposition 65 for those in our member community who currently conduct business in the nation's most populous state, and provide plenty of time for members to have their pressing questions answered.
