Foodservice Culinary & Consumer Sampling Case Studies

In partnership with Palate Insights, PBFA organizes a quarterly culinary chef or consumer sampling case study allowing members to gather product insights and feedback directly from operators, chefs, and consumers. Additionally, to increase the accessibility of the program, we subsidize the cost of participation for each member participant.

PBFA partners with retailers to provide shopper marketing campaigns and retail shared media marketing for our members. With our unique model, multiple brands have the opportunity to participate. PBFA works with our marketing agency, Parabolic, and our retail partners to split the cost of the total program across brands to provide both a better ROI and an opportunity to promote with other plant-based brands across the store, bringing even more exposure and excitement to shoppers and retailers.

PBFA helps our members get the most out of trade shows by securing member-exclusive discounts to industry events, leading hosted buyer tours at major trade shows to get member brands in front of decision-makers, and organizing plant-based-focused panels and workshops, often showcasing member brands as thought leaders.
