Organization Overview

New School Foods had developed a proprietary food scaffolding technology to create whole-cut meat alternatives. Our first product is a whole-muscle, unbreaded plant-based salmon fillet that looks, cooks, tastes, and flakes just like conventional salmon. Importantly, it is “raw” and transforms when cooked from a translucent to an opaque product, just like meat; nothing on the market does this at a similar price to salmon.
