We produce premium quality, next level tempeh in Maine - no bitter after-taste or need to steam, not fermented in plastic bags like all other commercial tempeh-makers, no sporulation, and locally sourced. We sell retail and food service throughout New England and NY and are raising the bar for the entire tempeh industry. Founded by two women, we are woman led, and a worker-owned cooperative.
