Marika Azoff leads The Good Food Institute's (GFI) initiatives with foodservice companies and culinary organizations. She works with major U.S. foodservice companies and influential culinary institutions and associations to help them explore opportunities in the alternative protein industry, leveraging GFI’s cutting-edge research, insights, and expertise. Since joining GFI in 2021, Marika has worked with alternative protein startups, built strategic relationships with some of the world’s largest CPG, meat, and seafood companies, engaged with investors exploring opportunities in alternative proteins, and led GFI’s retail engagement. Marika holds a degree in Animal Conservation from the University of Rochester and has over ten years of experience in environmental/animal conservation and strategic partnerships.
