Mike is Managing Director, Global Alternative Proteins with Griffith Foods Inc., leading the world in areas of Foodservice, Food Manufacturing, and Retail. Griffith Foods is a privately held global developer and manufacturer of food products in a variety of categories.
In his leadership role, Mr. Snodgrass works closely on strategy and development of his key teams focused on growth of the Alternative Protein Business. With goals of increasing sales thru both core and emerging channels, the Griffith Foods business has expanded to supporting customers and operations around the world.
Mr Snodgrass is involved with a variety of charities including Ronald McDonald House Charities, Sycamore Education Foundation, and American Cancer Society. He holds a BS in Biology from Eureka College, where he was a Division III athlete in Football and attended a Semester at Sea in marine biology thru Long Island University.
