More About Food Day
Food Day will be held on Tuesday 24th September as a seminal event as part of Climate Week NYC, bringing together climate, nature, health, and animal advocacy communities. Co-hosted by PlantWorks and the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, the day will focus on the food systems transformation needed to address the climate and biodiversity crises while improving health and livelihoods - with a particular focus on the livestock transition.
The day will entail a series of thought-provoking discussions, hands-on workshops, and valuable networking opportunities. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from experts in the world of climate, nature, animal and health and participate in discussions on how to build a broader global movement focused on food system transition.
