Member Hosted: Findings from the World’s Largest Sensory Analysis of Plant-Based Meats

On July 24 at 3 pm EST, NECTAR, an initiative of Food System Innovations (FSI), is co-hosting a webinar with Alex Weissman of Palate Insights to explore the findings from NECTAR’s inaugural report, Taste of the Industry 2024 – the world’s largest sensory analysis of plant-based meats. The report surveyed more than 1,150 omnivore consumers and offers unprecedented pre-competitive insights into consumer preferences and product performance. The report is available to PBFA members in the Marketplace Resources Database.

Following the presentation, there will be ample time for Q&A with the presenters as well as more information about how your brand can participate in future NECTAR research.
