He led the R & D team at Garden Fresh Gourmet until Campbell’s purchased the company in 2015, where he joined the C-Fresh R&D team, specializing in plant-based food design. At the same time, he was researching foundational plant-based ingredients with Campbell’s global science and technology team.
As an industry consultant under CJB and Associates, he specializes in clean label, regenerative and plant-based products.
